Becca's milk cow... Blossom (A Witch in Time)

In A Witch in Time, our heroine, Rebecca, gets a milk cow (a Jersey... yes, I did some research!) so she can have fresh milk to make butter and cheese at farmers' markets around town. I needed a name for her, so I came up with three possibilities: Honey, Ginger, and Clover, and set up a survey for my newsletter subscribers.

Clover got by far the most votes, but someone had a write-in suggestion, Blossom, which really tickled my interest. So, I did a vote-off.... And we had overwhelming support for the name Blossom for this pretty, gentle Jersey milk cow.
