Review: Dancing with the Vengeance Demon

What can I say?

Dancing with the Vengeance Demon is the 2nd book in the Foils & Fury series by Lauretta Hignett.

This book was just over-the top fantastic. The puns were flying, and I don’t even like puns! But I was cackling like a crazy loon every time.

And yes, I’m old enough to have gotten the Mr. Ed reference ;)

Also, I’m loving Mavka more and more!!!! She just totally rocks. And Conrad is just beyond yummy!

I stayed up til dawn, because I could absolutely not close the book until the very end! In fact, I loved it so much that even though I read it free with Kindle Unlimited, the first thing I did when I got up in the afternoon (because, as you’ll remember, I read through the night), was to buy it so I’d have it for my own! Actually, I might have bought the entire series :)
